There is a chance it will be glued or caulked in place, but it is also attached with screws. Recruit one or more assistants, depending on the size of the mirror, resist it and hold it as you pry. If the mirror is held in place by glue or seal, prying continue until the mirror is free from the wall. If you uncover screws, stop prying.
